CONSTITUTION:A common electro-magnetic control valves 23a and 23b responding to the output signal from the oxygen concn. detector, which is arranged in the engine exhaust passage are disposed in the main air bleed passage 22 and 39 and slow air bleed passage 29 and 44, and the main flow control valve 74 and the slow flow passage control valve 73 which control opening areas of the main air bleed passage 22 and 39, and the slow air bleed passage 29 and 44 according to the level of the control signal. Further, it is arranged that the main flow control valve 74 openes after the slow flow control valve 73 is opened, therefore, fuel will be supplied from the main nozzle as soon as the throttle valve is opened, and thus temporarily the supply of thin mixture can be prevented.
