CONSTITUTION:Two throttle valves 1 and 2 are arranged in parallel in the air flow passage in a throttle body, and a throttle valve 3 is arranged on the upstream in series with the valves 2 and 2. The throttle valve 1 is opened and closed through a cable 5 by an accelerating pedal 4, and the throttle valves 2 and 3 are interlocking-connected through a link 10, and operated through a clutch 15 by the drive of a single motor 6. Further, the throttle valve 1 is urged to the closing side by a return spring 11, and the throttle valve 2 is urged to the closing side by a spring 13, and the throttle valve 3 is urged to the opening side by spring 12.
