- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面実装部品を配置する上面の所定の位置にペ
ースト状半田を塗布してなり、下面側から照射し
た赤外光により前記表面実装部品の半田付け部分
を加熱させて半田付けを行う表面実装部品取付け
用の透明なプリント基板において、 搭載される表面実装部品の底面とほぼ同等の形
状、面積を有し、前記赤外光の照射による前記表
面実装部品の底面の加熱を妨ぐ遮光導体箔部を、
該表面実装部品の搭載時底面対応位置に形成した
ことを特徴とするプリント基板。
