- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 導電パターン及びはんだ付けランドが形成され
、電子部品が実装されていて、電子部品の実装状
態が光照射によつて画像認識検査される印刷配線
板において、 はんだ付けランドを除く少なくとも前記電子部
品の外形周辺部分に、はんだ付けランドと同等の
光反射率を有しかつ電気的に絶縁性の高い印刷層
を設けたことを特徴とする印刷配線板。
