３速、第４速の状態におけるスプール４６の位置

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の高低歯車連を２軸間に配置し、一方
    の高速側遊嵌歯車には高速側油圧クラツチＣ１を
    介装し、他方の低速側遊嵌歯車には低速側オーバ
    ーランニングクラツチＡ１を介装し、該高速側油
    圧クラツチＣ１と低速側オーバーランニングクラ
    ツチＡ１を介した軸を次段の変速軸に対する入力
    軸として、同様の高低歯車連と高速側油圧クラツ
    チＣ２と低速側オーバーランニングクラツチＡ２
    を次段の軸上に設けて、各変速軸の高速側油圧ク
    ラツチＣ１，Ｃ２の断接操作により各々高低２段
    の変速を行う多段変速装置において、該高速側油
    圧クラツチＣ１，Ｃ２に圧油を供給する油圧ポン
    プＰを、多段変速装置前段の主クラツチ装置Ｂの
    従動軸上に配置したことを特徴とする多段変速装
    置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の、高
    速側油圧クラツチＣ１，Ｃ２を断接制御する変速
    制御バルブＶを、バルブケース４０側に順に同一
    幅ａの、タンク側パス４１、高速側油圧クラツチ
    Ｃ１用パス４２、油圧ポンプ用パス４３、高速側
    油圧クラツチＣ２用パス４４、タンク側パス４５
    を設け、該バルブケース４０に嵌挿したスプール
    ４６には、両高速側油圧クラツチＣ１，Ｃ２を断
    状態とした位置でタンク側パス４１と油圧ポンプ
    用パス４３の幅の中央に位置し、前記パスの幅ａ
    よりも小の幅ｂのランド４７，４８を構成したこ
    とを特徴とする多段変速装置。
