PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive body low in residual potential and superior in electrophotographic characteristics and durability by incorporating a resin containing a hardened material of a specified compound in the outermost layer and/or an undercoat formed on a conductive supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The outermost layer of a photoconductive layer formed on the conductive supporting body and/or the undercoat formed between the supporting body and the photoconductive layer comprising the resin containing hardened material of the compound represented by the generals formula, thus permitting the obtained photosensitive body to be prevented from deterioration of electrophotographic characteristics, such as rise of residual potential, deterioration of sensitivity and lowering of surface potential at each time of electric charging, and to be improved in durability.
