Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sensitive body having high sensitivity and high durability by forming a photosensitive layer contg. a specified compd. on an electrically conductive supporting body. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer 4 including a layer 3 contg. a compd. represented by formula I as a carrier transferring substance is formed on an electrically conductive supporting body 1. In the formula I, each of Ar1-Ar3 is optionally substd. arylene group, each of Ar4-Ar6 is optionally substd. aryl group and each of R1-R3 is H atom, optionally substd. alkyl group, etc. By making use of the carrier transferring capacity of the compd., the compd. is used as the carrier transferring substance in a so-called separated function type electrophotographic sensitive body in which carriers are generated and transferred by separate substances. Thus, a sensitive body having superior physical properties of the film and superior electrophotographic characteristics is obtd.
