    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上方に行くに従つて次第に粒度が小さくなるろ
    過材を積層してなるろ過材層の下方より原水を通
    過させるようにした上向ろ過装置において、上方
    へ向かつて洗浄水を噴出する洗浄管をろ過材層の
    下面に設けるとともに、ろ過材層の上面中央部に
    、水平をなし、かつ両側片の上縁に、多数の鋸歯
    状突起を有する排泥樋を設け、かつ排泥樋の一端
    を、砂捕集箱に接続してなるろ過材洗浄装置付上
    向ろ過装置。
