    に固定してあり、前記レーザチツプと前記受光素
    子との距離を700μm以内、前記受光素子相互
    間の距離を10μm以上としてあることを特徴と
    する半導体レーザ装置。 2 前記基板は良熱伝導体からなる実用新案登録
