Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源と、該光源より発せられた光をデイスクに
    収束する対物レンズと、該デイスクにより反射さ
    れた該光を検出する、3つの平行な分割線により
    実質的に4分割された光検出器と、該光検出器へ
    入射される該光に非点収差を与える光学手段と、
    該光検出器の内側の第1の領域と第2の領域の出
    力を加算した信号と、外側の第3の領域と第4の
    領域の出力を加算した信号とからフオーカスエラ
    ー信号を生成する第1の差動増幅器と、該第1の
    領域と該第3の領域の少なくとも一方の出力と該
    第2の領域と該第4の領域の少なくとも一方の出
    力とからトラツキングエラー信号を生成する第2
    の差動増幅器とを備え、 該第1の領域と該第2の領域の幅は、合焦状態
    において該フオーカスエラー信号が零になるよう
    に定められているとともに、トラツクの進行方向
    は、該第1の領域と該第3の領域及び該第2の領
    域と該第4の領域における該トラツクの回折光に
    よる成分の差が零又は最も小さくなるように、該
    分割線に対して傾斜しており、トラツキングによ
    る該光の移動方向は該分割線と平行な方向である
    ことを特徴とする光学式ピツクアツプ装置。
