Claims (1)
地するとともに両端を変調用ダイオードに接続し
て、前記ピツクアツプコイルを平衡トランスとし
て機能させるRF変調器において、ベアリングさ
れた2個のダイオードが1チツプに収納されたツ
インダイオードを前記変調用ダイオードとして用
いるとともに、このツインダイオードと前記ピツ
クアツプコイルの両端の間にインダクタンス素子
を介装することを特徴としたRF変調器。 (2) 前記インダクタン素子を前記ピツクアツプ
コイルおよびツインダイオードが配置される回路
基板に設けられる導体パターンで構成したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
RF変調器。 (3) 前記インダクタンス素子をリード線によつ
て構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載のRF変調器。 (4) 前記インダクタンス素子を前記ピツクアツ
プコイルの両端を伸張したアーム部で構成したこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
