続図であり、図中、１はＰＩＮダイオード、２は抵抗器
、３は高周波チョークコイル、４はコンデンサ、５は可
変容量ダイオード、６はＰＩＮダイオードバイアス端子
、７．８は高周波信号式、出力端子、９は可変容量ダイ
オードバイアス端子である。なお、図中、同一あるいは

対し十分少さなインピーダンスを持つコンデンサをＰＩ
Ｎダイオード列の両端にそれぞれ接続し、それらコンデ
ンサの一端を高周波人、出力端子とし、かつ、ＰＩＮダ
イオード列の一端を高周波チョークコイルと抵抗器の直
列接続を通して、他の一端に高周波チョークコイルを接
続し、それら、 抵抗器と高周波チョークコイルを
通してＰＩＮダイオードに流れるバイアス電流を変化さ
せる；とにより高周波抵抗を変化させるＰＩＮダイオー
ドスイッチにおいて、直列接続されている２個以上のＰ
ＩＮダイオード相互間に高周波信号に対し十分インピー
ダンスの低いコンデンサを接続し、このコンデンサの他
の一端には可変容量ダイオードを接続し、可変容量ダイ
オードの他の一端を高周波信号に対して、十分低いイン
ピーダンスを持つコンデンサを介して接地し、かつ可変
容量ダイオードの両端に逆バイアス電圧を印加しである
