ドスイッチにおいて、直列接続されている2個以上のP
INダイオード相互間に高周波信号に対し十分インピー
ダンスの低いコンデンサを接続し、このコンデンサの他
の一端には可変容量ダイオードを接続し、可変容量ダイ
オードの他の一端を高周波信号に対して、十分低いイン
ピーダンスを持つコンデンサを介して接地し、かつ可変
容量ダイオードの両端に逆バイアス電圧を印加しである
ことを特徴とするPINダイオードスイッチ。
