Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、錠シリンダと連動する移動可能なかんぬき片
により、互いに分離可能に結合されて詫部分への不法な
介入を阻止する両ケース部分の分離が、特定の鍵位置で
防止される、自動車特に乗用車の錠装置用分解防止装置
に関する。
〔従来の技術〕 ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第２７５４３７２号朋細
ｆ！Ｊに記載されているかじ取り錠では、内外にねじは
められる２つのケース部分が、両方のケース部分に係合
するかんぬき片によりねじりゆるめを防止される。
この分解防止装置はよく機能するものとみなされるが、
その構造のため非常に費用を要する。
なぜならば、防止素子のほかに、かんぬき片を〔発明が
解決しようとする問題点〕 錠装置の必要な場合には分離可能なケース部分の結合を
、簡単な鎖錠過程によって不法な介入から防止するとい
う課題が課される。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
この課題を解決するため本発明によれば、ケース部分の
ほかにかんぬき片も取付は部材に係合可能であり、従っ
て取付は部材の引抜きが、かんぬき片の少なくとも１つ
の行程位置において、このかんぬき片へ当ることにより
阻止される。
特許請求の範囲第１項の対象の有利な構成の可能性は特
許請求の範囲の従属項から明らかになる。
〔発明の効果〕
錠シリンダ位置に関係してかんぬき片により引抜きを防
止される取付は部材は、ケース部分の簡単かつ確実な結
合を行なう。このために必要な費用は少なく、従って防
止効果を減じることなく安い。
〔実厖例〕
本発明の実旙例が図面に示されており、以下これについ
て説明する。
第１図ないし第３図はケース部分２を持つ錠装置１を示
し、錠シリンダの図示しない回転子により長さ方向移動
可能なｌｌ１ｌｔ１３が、固定的にはめられる軸ケース
４と共にケース部分２に収容されている。軸３は移動可
能に支持されるかんぬき片５に作用する。
更にこの錠装置１に属するケース部分６は、かじ取り軸
向束環８を溶接されたがじ取り軸７を収容するかじ取り
ハンドル管９に、溶接継手１０により取付けられている
。
さて錠装置１が操作されると、かんぬき片５が拘束開口
１１を持つがじ取り軸拘束環８へ向かって移動され、少
なくともこのかじ取り軸拘束環上に載る。それから次の
がじ取り軸回転の際かんぬき片５は、かんぬき片５を押
すばね１２により拘束開口１１へ入れられ、それにより
かじ取り＠７のそれ以上の回転が阻止され、車両はもは
やかじ取り不能となる。
両方のケース部分２，６は、端部おねじ１３を持つボル
ト状取付は部材１４により貫通され、当り面１５と端部
おねじ１３上にねじはめられたナツト１６とにより締付
けられている。当り面１５はナツト１６の近くに形成さ
れ、それによりケース部分２，６が締付けにより変形し
て、かんぬき片５が励かなくならないようにしている。
かんぬき片５が運動方向に延ｍリットＩ７を持ち、取付
は部材１４の断面の小さい段付けされデこ＠部分１８が
このスリットを通って延びていることによって、分解防
止装置が得られる。
スリット１７は、内側にあって段付けされた軸部分】８
と少なくとも同じ幅を持つ狭い範囲１９と、取付は部材
１４の最大直径より大きい幅を持つ端部側拡張部２０と
を形成されている。
かんぬき片５が鎖錠位贈にあると、取付は部材１４の段
付けされた軸部分Ｊ８はスリット１７の狭い範ＦＭ１９
に係合し、それにより取付は部材１４は、その直径の大
きい部分がかんぬき片５に当るため、引抜くことができ
ない。阻止を行なう猥い＠囲１９の高さは、拘束開口１
１へのかんぬき片５の保合に必要であるより大きいので
、かんぬき片５がかじ取り軸拘束環８上に載る時、既に
この阻止が始まる。
かんぬき片５が車両鍵を介して錠シリンダの回転により
その釈放位置へ引戻されろく同時にその端部側拡張部２
０によって取付は部材１４の引抜き通路もあけるので、
必要な場合ケース部分２，６は分離可能である。
第４図に示すかんぬき片５には、取付は部材１４の段付
けされた軸部分１８の直径の福を持つ長穴として形成さ
れた狭い範囲２１があけられて、穴の形の拡張部２２を
貫通する取付は部材１４の最大直径に応じてかじ取り軸
７の万へ大きくされている。
かんぬき片５は鎖捉位置でそれを貫通する取付は部材１
４の引抜きを防止し、かんぬき片５の引戻された位置で
それに対応する拡張部２２により取付は部材の引抜きを
可能にする。
第５図及び第６メはスリット２３を持つ取付は部８１４
を示し、このスリットへかんぬき片５が高さ方向多動可
能にはまって、取付は部材１４の引抜きを防止する。
必要な場合取付は部材１４を引抜き可能とするため、か
んぬき片５にスリット２３の深さに等しい切込み２４が
形成されて、かんぬき片５の特定の行程位置で取付は部
材１４と同じ高さにあり、それによりナツト１６の取外
し後取付は部材を引抜くことができる。
ケース部分２，６は、当り而１５及びナツト１６を介し
て変形力を受けることなく再び締付けられる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　錠シリンダと連動する移動可能なかんぬき片により
    、互いに分離可能に結合されて錠部分への不法な介入を
    阻止する両ケース部分の分離が、特定の鍵位置で防止さ
    れるものにおいて、ケース部分（２、６）のほかにかん
    ぬき片（５）も取付け部材（１４）に係合可能であり、
    従つて取付け部材（１４）の引抜きが、かんぬき片（５
    ）の少なくとも１つの行程位置において、このかんぬき
    片へ当ることにより阻止されることを特徴とする、自動
    車の錠装置用分解防止装置。 ２　かんぬき片（５）の運動方向が取付け部材（１４）
    の引抜き方向に対して直角に延びていることを特徴とす
    る、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の分解防止装置。 ３　かんぬき片（５）が取付け部材（１４）により貫通
    され、かつその運動方向に延びて端部側に拡張部（２０
    又は２２）のあるスリット（１７）を持ち、この拡張部
    がボルト状取付け部材（１４）の最大軸直径より大きい
    幅を持ち、従つて少なくともかんぬき片の特定の位置で
    取付け部材（１４）が拡張部（２０又は２２）を通過で
    き、かんぬき片（５）の少なくとも鎖錠位置において、
    取付け部材（１４）の断面の小さい段付けされた軸部分
    （１８）が、スリット（１７）の狭い範囲（１９又は２
    １）へ入り込んでいることを特徴とする、特許請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の分解防止装置。 ４　スリット（１７）が閉じていることを特徴とする、
    特許請求の範囲第３項に記載の分解防止装置。 ５　スリット（１７）が拡張部（２０）の端部側で開い
    ていることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第３項に記載
    の分解防止装置。 ６　かんぬき片（５）が取付け部材（１４）のスリット
    （２３）へ高さ方向移動可能にはまつて、スリット（２
    ３）の深さに等しい深さの切込み（２４）を持ち、かん
    ぬき片（５）の特定の行程位置でこの切込みが取付け部
    材（１４）と同じ高さにあることを特徴とする、特許請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の分解防止装置。 ７　鎖錠位置にあるかんぬき片（５）が同軸的に設けら
    れたかじ取り軸拘束環（８）に係合することによつてこ
    のかじ取り軸の回転を阻止し、かじ取り軸拘束環（８）
    上にのみかんぬき片（５）が載つても、取付け部材（１
    ４）の引抜が防止される程度に、スリット（１７）の狭
    い範囲（１９又は２１）が延びていることを特徴とする
    、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の分解防止装置。
