Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、血液バッグ、薬液バッグ、その他の医療用バ
ッグの製造方法に関する。
(従来の技術) 医療用のバッグ17は、第5図に示すように2枚のシー
トを重ね合せて袋状に形成した本体18の上端部に、採
血針19を接続した採血チューブ23、他のバッグとの
連結チューブ22を接続しかつ内部に連通ピース27を
有する連結チューブ26、プロテクター24で覆われた
輸血口25が取付られている。28は筒体である。29
は本体18の融着シール部である。
これらの医療用バッグ18は2枚の合成樹脂性製シート
を上下の金型間に置いて、該金型によりクランプして袋
状に形成するものであるが、該金型の内面エツジの形せ
は第6図(直角状)あるいは第7図(二段直角状)に示
すように形成されている。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) 内面エツジ36が直角状の金型30により製造する方法
ではシート32a、32b、を抑圧した箇所に力が集中
ために加熱時に変形することと、その先端が鋭利なため
押圧されなかったシート32a、32bの内面及び/又
は外面に筋状の肉薄部及びクラック33が生じやすかっ
た。
他方、内面エツジ37が二段直角状の金型31により製
造する方法では、シート34a、34bを押圧する際の
力は分散されるが医療用バッグ17の本体18内面に樹
脂が二段に突出しかつ内面にクラック35が生じやすく
なっていた。
これらのクラック33.35は医療用バッグ17の機械
的強度を著しく低下させる原因となるので好ましくない
例えば(I)医療用バッグの内部に血液保存液、輸液、
生理食塩水等の液体を封入して運搬する際に、これらの
液体が漏出する原因となる。
(n)血液を採取して遠心分離処理する際、遠心力に耐
えきれず、破裂する原因にもなっていた。
また第8図に示すような医療用バッグ41は、薄肉のチ
ューブを押し出して熱溶着して袋状に形成するものであ
るが、第9図(第8図の■−■断面図)に示すようにチ
ューブ42の材質が可とう性の合成樹脂のために扁平状
に押しつぶしてもその弾性回復力のため再び基のチュー
ブ形状に戻ろうとする傾向があるので、前述の示した方
法で熱溶着しようとすると第8図に示すように袋状本体
43の四角A、B、C,Dの熱溶着が不充分となり、こ
の部分から液体がリークしやすいという欠点があった(
44.45は溶着部、46は口部である。) (問題点を解決するための手段) そこで、本発明は鋭意検討を重ねた結果。
上記の問題点を金型を改良して熱溶着する事により克服
できることを突き止めた。
具体的にはシート抑圧部4の内側に非導電部5を装着し
た上金型1とフラット面の形成された下金型13の間に
薄肉のチューブ又は2枚°のシートを挟持して熱溶着す
る医療用バッグの製造方法を提供するものである。
(作用) 上金型lのシート押圧部4により押圧されたシー)12
a、12bの構成材料は溶融すると共に序々に内面エツ
ジ6.7方向に移動するが非導電部5により移動を妨げ
られて。
内面エツジ6と7間に形成された空間15内に充填され
て、隆起部16となる。
(実施例) 第1図は、本発明に使用する上金型1の概略図であって
、鉄、アルミ合金、黄銅等で形成されている(後述する
下金をも同材質で形成される)0図中2は医療用バッグ
17の型で、3は本体18に対応する溝部、4は融着シ
ール部29に対応するシート押圧部である。さらにシー
ト押圧部4の内側には、例えばテフロン、ベークライト
、セラミック等の非導電部5を医療用バッグ17の型2
に沿って装着したものである。6はシート抑圧部4の内
面エツジ、7は非導電1!85の内面エツジを示す。
第2図(第1図のI−I断面の拡大図)の拡大断面図に
示すようにそれぞれの内面エツジ6.7は斜面に形成さ
れかつ凹凸状に形成されている。また、非導電部5の最
下端レベルlOは、上金7!!1のシート抑圧・部4の
最下端レベル11よりも若干高い位置に調整されている
。これはシートの融着終了後、袋に膨らみをもたせるた
めである。第3図は1本発明の医療用バッグの製造方法
を示す概略図である。シー)12a、12b(あるいは
薄肉に形成したチューブ、図示せず、)をシート抑圧部
4表面に医療用バッグ17の型2を形成した上金型1と
シート押圧部14表面をフラットに形成した下金型13
とによりクランプして熱溶着して袋状に形成するもので
ある。
以上のように金型1.13によりシート12a、12b
(あるいは薄肉に形成したチューブJ図示せず、)を熱
溶着する時には、第4図に示すようにシー)12a、1
2bの構成材料である溶融樹脂はシート押圧部4付近で
溶融し、さらにクランプが進むにつれて、序々に内面エ
ツジ6と7間に形成された空間15内に移動する。
他方、非導電15には熱が伝わらないため非導電部5に
押圧された箇所では樹脂の溶融が起らず、突出してきた
樹脂は空間に充填されながら、同時に非導電体の壁面で
冷却されるので、第2図の空間15を越えることなく該
空間15内に溶融樹脂が充填され内留となり、隆起部1
6が医療用バッグの縁部に形成されることになる。
本発明に使用される上金型1の内面エツジ6.7の形状
は斜面に限定されるものではなく、半円形、矩形状に形
成してもよい。
(発明の効果) 以上説明したように本発明は。
(1)医療用バッグの内面にパリが発生せず残血、血液
の凝固等が生じない。
(2)内面や外面にクラックが発生しないので、機械的
強度を維持できる。
(3)シート形成後の離型性が良い。
(4)成形後の医療用バッグの形状をフラットに維持で
きる等の優れた発明である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 薄肉のチューブを熱溶着又は2枚の合成樹脂製のシート
    を重ね合せて熱溶着して袋状に形成される医療用バッグ
    を製造する方法において、シート押圧部の内側に非導電
    部を装着した上金型とフラット面に形成された下金型の
    間に薄肉のチューブ又は2枚のシートを挟持して熱溶着
    することを特徴とする医療用バッグの製造方法。
