Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、血液バツグ、薬液バツグ、その他の
医療用バツグの製造金型及び医療用バツグの製造
方法に関する。
[従来の技術] 第5図は医療用バツグの一例を示す概略図で、
医療用バツグ17は二枚のシートを重ね合わせて
袋状に形成した本体18の上端部に、採血針19
を接続した採血チユーブ23、他のバツグとの連
結チユーブ22を接続し、内部に連通ピース27
を装填した連結チユーブ26、プロテクター24
で覆われた輸血口25が取付けられている。28
は筒体で、29は本体18の融着シール部であ
る。
これらの医療用バツグ17は二枚の合成樹脂性
シートを上下の金型間において、金型により押圧
し熱溶着して袋状に形成するものであるが、金型
の内面エツジの形状は直角状(第6図)あるいは
二段直角状(第7図)に形成されたものが使用さ
れている。
[発明が解決しようとする問題点] 内面エツジ36が直角状の金型30を用いて医
療用バツグ17を製造する場合は、シート32
a,32bを押圧した箇所に力が集中するために
加熱時に変形することと、内面エツジ36の先端
が鋭利なため押圧されなかつたシート32a,3
2bの内面及び/又は外面に筋状の肉薄部やクラ
ツク33が生じやすかつた。
他方内面エツジ37が二段直角状の金型31を
用いて医療用バツグ17を製造する場合は、シー
ト34a,34bを押圧するときの力は分散され
るが医療用バツグ17の本体18内面に樹脂が二
段に突出したり内面にクラツク35が生じやすく
なつていた。
これらのクラツク33,35は医療用バツグ1
7の強度を著しく低下させる原因となるので好ま
しくない。
例えば医療用バツグの内部に血液保存液、輸
液、生理食塩水等の液体を封入して運搬する際
に、これらの液体が漏出する原因となつたり、ま
た血液を採取しても遠心分離処理する際、遠心力
に耐えきれず、破裂する原因になる。
また第8図の医療用バツグ41は、薄肉のチユ
ーブを押し出して熱溶着して袋状に形成したもの
であるが、第9図(第8図の−断面図)に示
すようにチユーブ42の材質が可撓性合成樹脂の
ために偏平状に押し潰してもその弾性回復力のた
め再び元のチユーブ形状に戻ろうとする傾向があ
るので、前記の方法で熱溶着しようとすると第8
図に示すように袋状本体43の四隅A,B,C,
D付近の熱溶着が不十分となり、この部分から液
体がリークしやすいという欠点があつた(44,
45は溶着部、46は口部である。)。
そこで、本発明者は以上の課題を解決するめに
鋭意検討を重ねた結果次の発明に到達した。
[問題点を解決するための手段] 本発明は、第1の発明として、 上金型1aと下金型1bとから構成され、 上金型1aには医療用バツグの形状に対応する
型2と医療用バツグの袋状本体に対応する溝3が
形成され、 前記型2にはシート押圧部4が形成され、該シ
ート押圧部4に内面エツジ6が形成され、 前記シート押圧部4の内側に非導電部5が形成
され、該非導電部5に内面エツジ7が形成され、 前記内面エツジ6と内面エツジ7の間に空間1
5が形成され、 前記非導電部5の最下端レベル10は、シート
押圧部4の最下端レベル11よりも高く形成さ
れ、 前記下金型1bの表面にはシート押圧部14が
形成された、医療用バツグの製造金型1を提供す
るものである。
第2の発明として、 次の工程よりなる医療用バツグの製造方法を提
供するものである。
シート12a,12b(または薄肉に形成し
たチユーブ)を上金型1aと下金型1bの間に
配置して、これらを上下より押圧する工程、 シート12a,12bの構成材料を、シート
押圧部4付近で溶融し、上金型1aと下金型1
bで押圧しながら前記上金型1aの内面エツジ
6と7との間に形成された空間15内に充填す
る工程、 [作用] 上金型1aのシート押圧部4により押圧された
シート12a,12bの構成材料は溶融して、内
面エツジ6,7の間に形成された空間15方向に
移動するが非導電5により移動を妨げられて空間
15内に充填される。
[実施例] 第1図は本発明の医療用バツグの製造金型1
(以下金型1)を構成する上金型1aを示す概略
図で、第2図は第1図の−断面の拡大図であ
る。
上金型1aは、鉄、アルミ合金、黄銅等からな
り(下金型1bも同じ)、医療用バツグ17の形
状に対応する型2と医療用バツグ17の袋状本体
18に対応する溝3が形成されている。
前記型2にはシート押圧部4が形成され、該シ
ート押圧部4の内側には、テフロン、ベークライ
ト、セラミツク等からなる非導電部5が前記型2
に沿つて装着されている。
第2図に示すように、前記シート押圧部4の内
面エツジ6と非導電部5の内面エツジ7は斜面に
形成されるとともに該斜面の表面は凹凸に形成さ
れている。また前記非導電部5の最下端レベル1
0は、シート押圧部4の最下端レベル11よりも
若干高い位置になるように配置されている。これ
により医療用バツグ17の袋状本体18を構成す
るシート12a,12bを金型1で押圧し融着し
た後に、袋状本体18に膨らみをもたせることが
できる。
また下金型1b(第3図参照)の表面にはシー
ト押圧部14が形成されている。
第3図は本発明の金型1を用いて医療用バツグ
17を製造する際の概略図を示す。
シート12a,12b(または薄肉に形成した
チユーブ、図示せず)を前記上金型1aと下金型
1bの間に配置して、これらを上下より押圧し熱
融着する。
第4図に示すようにシート12a,12bの構
成材料(溶融樹脂)は、シート押圧部4付近で溶
融し、押圧の程度が進行するにつれて内面エツジ
6,7との間に形成された空間15内に移動す
る。
他方、非導電部5には熱が伝わらないので非導
電部5で押圧されたシート12a,12bの相当
箇所では溶融は起こらない。このため前記溶融樹
脂は空間15内に充填されながら、非導電部5の
壁面で冷却されるので、空間15を越えることな
く肉溜りとなつて隆起部16が形成される。この
ようにして医療用バツグ17の袋状本体18の縁
部に隆起部16が形成される。
またシート12a,12bのA部は、シート押
圧部4の下部で強く押圧されるので、袋状本体1
8の縁部の強度を向上させることができる。
本発明の上金型1aの内面エツジ6,7の形状
は図示した斜面のものに限定されず、半円形の曲
面、矩形状の断面に形成することができる。
[発明の効果] 以上説明したように本発明は、 医療用バツグ17の袋状本体18内面にバリ
が発生せず、残血、血液の擬固等が生じない。
袋状本体18内面や外面にクラツクが発生し
ないので、機械的強度を維持できる。
袋状本体18の縁部の強度を向上させること
ができる。
袋状本体18の形状をフラツトに維持でき
る。
シート成形後の離型性が良い。

8図の−断面図を示す。 図中、1は金型、1aは上金型、1bは下金
型、2は型、3は溝部、4及び14はシート押圧
部、5は非導電部、6及び7は内面エツジ、10
及び11は最下端レベル、12aおよび12bは
シート、15は空間、16は隆起部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 上金型1aと下金型1bとから構成され、 上金型1aには医療用バツグの形状に対応する
    型2と医療用バツグの袋状本体に対応する溝3が
    形成され、 前記型2にはシート押圧部4が形成され、該シ
    ート押圧部4に内面エツジ6が形成され、 前記シート押圧部4の内側に非導電部5が形成
    され、該非導電部5に内面エツジ7が形成され、 前記内面エツジ6と内面エツジ7の間に空間1
    5が形成され、 前記非導電部5の最下端レベル10は、シート
    押圧部4の最下端レベル11よりも高く形成さ
    れ、 前記下金型1bの表面にはシート押圧部14が
    形成された、ことを特徴とする医療用バツグの製
    造金型1。 2 次の各工程よりなることを特徴とする医療用
    バツグの製造方法。 シート12a,12b(または薄肉に形成し
    たチユーブ)を上金型1aと下金型1bの間に
    配置して、これらを上下より押圧する工程、 シート12a,12bの構成材料を、シート
    押圧部4付近で溶融し、上金型1aと下金型1
    bで押圧しながら前記上金型1aの内面エツジ
    6と7との間に形成された空間15内に充填す
    る工程。
