Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は電気コネクタに係わり、特に高周波集積回路の
テストのためのコネクタ組立体に関する。
従来の技術 知られているコネクタ組立体は複数のばね押圧ビンを含
み、これらのビンがプリント回路ボード上の所要のポイ
ントとテストリードとの間の接点を形成している。この
形式のコネクタ組立体に於る欠点（ま、コイルばねが比
較的大ぎな電気的インダクタンスを与え、又、高周波で
はこれがテスト結果に譜差を生じることである。
発明の目的 水元Ｉｌｌの目的は、テスト結果に対して実質的に高周
波での誤差を生じる如何なる部材をも全（有さない集積
回路のテストのためのコネクタ組立体を提供することで
ある。
発明の概要 本発明によれば、第一のプレートと、第二のプレートと
、これら第一及び第二のプレートの間に挟着された中央
プレートとを含み、前記第一・及び第二のプレートはテ
ストされるべき集積回路、Ｆのテストされるべきポイン
トに対応する位置にスルーホールを形成されており、又
、中央プレートは弾性的導電材から作られた複数の隔絶
された導電部分を含んでいて、これらの導電部分は第一
及び第二のプレートに形成されたスルーホールに対１１
６させて中央プレート内に位置されており、テス１゛・
されるべき集積回路に対する接点を形成するために第一
及び第二のプレートに形成されたスルーホールを通して
複数の２４電性ビンが配置されている高周波集積回路の
ための電気コネクタが提供される。
弾性的導電材はメタル充填シリコンゴム又はリン青銅ワ
イヤー上線のようなメタリックウールであるのが好まし
い。好ましい実施例に於ては、隔絶された導電部分は中
央プレートに形成されているスルーホール内に配置され
、これらのスルーホールは前記部分の導電率を高めるた
めに導電材でメッキされる。
第一、第二及び中央のプレートはセラミックス材に形成
され、穴は実際にドリル形成又はスパーク浸衾形成され
るのが好ましい。
この組立体は第一のプレートに隣接して配置されるガイ
ドリングによって正確に保持され、このカイトリングが
テストされるべき集積回路のための位置決めガイドを行
うのが好ましい。
本発明の実施例が以下に添付図面を参照して例として説
明される。
実施例 さて第１図を参照すれば、このコネクタ組立体は第一の
プレート１０及び第二のプレート１２を含み、これらの
プレートの間に中央プレート１４が挟着されている。ガ
イドリンクプレート１６が第一のプレート１０上に配置
されており、このガイ１：リングプレ−１−１６Ｓよテ
ストされるべき集積回路１８の位置決めのためのガイド
として動く。
複数のビン２０が中央プレート１４の両側に配置されて
いる。使用に於て、適当なトラッキング手段を具備して
いるベースプレート２２は、下側プレート１２を通して
突出した下側ビン２ｏのための電気的接点を形成してい
る。適当なテストギヤ（図示せず）をベースプレート２
２上に接続することができる。
第２図を参照すれば、第一のプレート１０は複数のスル
ーホール２４を備えており、これらのスルーホールは導
電性の弾性的な導電媒体バッド２６に整合されていて、
これらのパッドは中央プレート１４に形成されているボ
ール２８内に詰め込められている。これらのホール２８
は第二のプレート（底部プレート）１２に形成されてい
るボール３０に整合されており、ホール３０を通して下
側ビン２０／ｆｉ仲通されている。
上側及び下側のビン２ｏ及び媒体２６によって導通路が
形成されており、この導通路は比較的非誘電性であり、
これにより高周波集積回路の７スト結果に悪影響を及Ｉ
Ｊさない。
導電性媒体２６はメタル充１眞シリコンゴム又はリン青
銅ワイＡ７−ｒ上線」で作られ、又、ビンは適当な導電
材で作られて、平たいベース及び尖端を有して集積回路
と良好な電気的接触を与えることにより媒体２６上での
良好な接触を形成Ｊる。
テストされるべき集積回路はガイドリング１６内に配置
され、又、テストが実施される間は上側ビン２０に対し
て押圧される。
ホール２４．２８及び３０は整合される。
プレート厚さはこの実施例に於ては次の通りある。即ち
、 プレート１６　：　１０００〜１３００ミクロン（０，
０４０〜０．０５０イ ンチ）厚 プレート１０　：　６００ミクロン（０，０２５インチ
）厚 プレート１４：１３００ミクＯン＜０．０５０インチ）
厚 プレート１２；６００ミクロン（０，０２５インチ）厚 ホール２８は導電材で全体をメッキされ、畠い導電性の
経路を形成し、これにより接点の抵抗を低丁させている
。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）第一のプレートと、第二のプレートと、これら第
    一及び第二のプレートの間に挟着された中央プレートと
    を含み、前記第一及び第二のプレートはテストされるべ
    き集積回路上のテストされるべきポイントに対応する位
    置にスルーホールを形成されており、又、中央プレート
    は弾性的導電材から作られた複数の隔絶された導電部分
    を含んでいて、これらの導電部分は第一及び第二のプレ
    ートに形成されたスルーホールに対応させて中央プレー
    ト内に位置されており、テストされるべき集積回路に対
    する接点を形成するために第一及び第二のプレートに形
    成されたスルーホールを通して複数の導電性ピンが配備
    されている高周波集積回路のための電気コネクタ。
  2. （２）弾性的導電材がメタル充填シリコンゴム又はリン
    青銅ワイヤー毛線である特許請求の範囲第１項記載の電
    気コネクタ。
  3. （３）隔絶された導電部分が中央プレートに形成されて
    いるスルーホール内に配置され、これらのスルーホール
    は前記部分の導電率を高めるために導電材でメッキされ
    ている特許請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の電気コ
    ネクタ。
  4. （４）第一、第二及び中央プレートがセラミックス材に
    形成されており、スルーホールがこれらを通して実際に
    ドリル形成され又はスパーク浸食形成されている特許請
    求の範囲第１項から第３項までの何れか一項に記載の電
    気コネクタ。
  5. （５）第一のプレートに隣接してガイドリングが配置さ
    れ、このガイドリングがテストされるべき集積回路のた
    めの位置決めガイドを行うようになされた特許請求の範
    囲第１項から第４項までの何れか一項に記載の電気コネ
    クタ。
