- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 底面側に炉口を有し且つ上部側にガス供給口を
有すると共に複数の基板を縦方向に並べて配置さ
せたボート部が内部に挿入される炉芯管と、 その炉芯管の外周囲に配設されて上記複数の基
板を加熱する加熱手段と、 上記加熱手段の内側であつて上記炉芯管の外周
囲に設けられる強制冷却手段とを具備するもので
あつて、 上記強制冷却手段には、開閉手段が設けられた
冷却材排出管と、冷却材導入管とが接続される縦
型熱処理装置。
