    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体熱処理用反応管と該反応管内に設置された半導体
    ウェハと所定のガスを流入させるガス注入口とを具備す
    る半導体熱処理炉において、前記蓼応管の内側にガス通
    路を設け、反応ガスをガス通路を通じて半導体熱処理用
    反応管内に均一濃度分布となるよう供給することを特徴
    とする半導体熱処理炉、。
