    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛　　　インナカバー内に雰囲気ガスを導入して被熱処
    理材の熱処理を行なう熱処理炉において、１ヶ以上の接
    続口をもつ高さ調節自在な排気管を、炉床を貫通して炉
    床上に配設し、１ヶ以上の吸気孔を有する排気ヘッダー
    を、前記排気管の接続口と接続したことを特徴とする熱
