Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ＬＥＤ個別電極をＬＥＤ発光部と同一面側に
配置し、ＬＥＤ共通電極をＬＥＤ発光部と反対面
側にそれぞれ配置し、かつ、前記ＬＥＤ個別電極
にハンダバンプを形成したＬＥＤアレイ素子と、 接続端子にハンダバンプを形成したＩＣドライ
バ素子とを、 導電パターンを形成した透明基板上に上記ハン
ダバンプによつて実装し、 板ばね状の電源バーを、前記ＬＥＤ共通電極に
当接して、外部電極との電気的接続を行うことを
特徴とするＬＥＤアレイプリントヘツド。 ２ 電源バーとＬＥＤ共通電極とが導電性ゴムを
介して接続していることを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第１項記載のＬＥＤアレイプリントヘツド。 ３ 電源バーが放熱用構造体と熱的に連結してい
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項及び第
２項記載のＬＥＤアレイプリントヘツド。 ４ 電源バーがＩＣドライバ素子のハンダバンプ
面と反対側の面と熱的に連結していることを特徴
