Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 自動車の車体パネルに取付ける自動車用防
音構造体において、車体パネルのリブ形状に沿つ
た形に形成されたアスフアルト―ウレタン一体発
泡フオーム層を第１層とし、第２層として吸音材
層、第３層として表面遮音層を順次積層させた構
造を有する自動車用防音構造体。 (2) アスフアルト―ウレタン一体発泡フオーム
層が、アスフアルト―ウレタン一体発泡フオーム
のスラブ品を加熱し、その後プレスにて型付け、
成型して得られたものであることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求範囲第１項記載の自動車用防音構
造体。 (3) アスフアルト―ウレタン一体発泡フオーム
層が、発泡モールド成型されて得られたものであ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項
記載の自動車用防音構造体。
