Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明の対象は、同一分子中にSi−結合水素な
らびに塩基性窒素を有する、少なくとも1つの1
価のSiC−結合基を有するオルガノポリシロキサ
ンである。
発明を達成するための手段 本発明によるオルガノポリシロキサンは特に
式: [式中Rは少なくとも1つのRが分子毎に水素で
あるという規準でメチル基または水素を表わし、
xは0、1、2または3、平均して0.5〜1.8、y
は0または1、平均して0.15〜0.30およびzは
0.01〜0.6であり、x、yおよびzのそのつどの
平均値の総計は最高3.4である]の単位から得ら
れるようなものである。
本発明によるオルガノポリシロキサンは、自体
公知の方法でたとえばγ−アミノエチルアミノプ
ロピルトリメトキシシランまたはγ−アミノエチ
ルアミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシランまたは
この種のシランから成る混合物と、塩基性窒素を
有しないがSi−結合水素を含有する有機ポリシロ
キサンとを平衡化しないしは縮合させることによ
り製造することができる。殊に、その際使用され
るポリシロキサンは少なくとも350g/モルの分
子量を有する。これらのポリシロキサンは、たと
えばトリメチルシロキシ基により末端封鎖された
メチル水素ポリシロキサンおよびたとえばジメチ
ルシロキサン−およびメチル水素シロキサン−お
よびモノメチルシロキサン単位から成る共重合体
であつてよい。
殊に、本発明によるオルガノポリシロキサン
は、トリメチルシロキシ基により末端封鎖された
メチル水素ポリシロキサンをγ−アミノエチルア
ミノプロピルトリメトキシシランを用いて自体公
知の方法で平衡化することにより製造する。平衡
化は、還流下に、平衡化すべき有機ケイ素化合物
を互いに、沸騰するまで簡単に加熱することによ
り生起させることができる。
次の実施例では、別記しないかぎり、全てのパ
ーセントおよび部の記載は重量に関する。
実施例 例 1 25℃で約20mm2.S-1の粘度を有する、トリメチ
ルシロキシ基により末端封鎖されたメチル水素ポ
リシロキサン399gおよびN−(2−アミノエチ
ル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン165
gから成る混合物を6時間140℃に加熱する。こ
のようにして得られたオルガノポリシロキサン
は、その重量に対し3.7%の窒素を含有する。
例 2 その製造が例1に記載されているオルガノポリ
シロキサン20gを、氷酢酸10g、n−ヘキサノー
ル10gおよび25℃で20mm2.S-1の粘度を有する、
トリメチルシロキシ基により末端封鎖されたメチ
ル水素ポリシロキサン40gと混合する。その際室
温で20分間内に澄明溶液が得られる。この溶液5
部を水95部で希釈し、それにより得られる透明な
混合物中へ市販の濾紙を浸漬する。濾紙を70℃で
18時間乾燥した後、水を吹き付けた際、紙の湿れ
は確かめられず、この紙は未処理の濾紙と触感お
よび取扱いの点で相違しない。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 式: [式中Rは少なくとも1つのRが分子毎に水素で
    あるという規準でメチル基または水素を表わし、
    xは0、1、2または3、平均して0.5〜1.8、y
    は0または1、平均して0.15〜0.30およびzは
    0.01〜0.6であり、x、yおよびzのそのつどの
    平均値の総計は最高3.4である]の単位から成る

    オルガノポリシロキサンの製法において、相応す
    るトリメチルシロキシ基により末端封鎖されたメ
    チル水素ポリシロキサンをγ−アミノエチルアミ
    ノプロピルトリメトキシシランと混合して加熱す
    ることにより平衡化とする、オルガノポリシロキ
    サンの製法。
