Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、連続孔付き多重フィルムの製造方法に関す
るものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、連続孔付き多重フィルムを製造するには、まず多
重フィルムを製造し、次に多重フィルムに穴を開ける、
といった2段の工程が必要であった。
また、多重フィルムを製造する方法は、合成樹脂フィル
ムや紙の上に液状の合成樹脂をコーティングするか(例
えば防湿セロファン)、2種以上のフィルムを接着剤な
どで貼り合わせるか(例えばポリセロ)、であった。
そのため、連続孔付き多重フィルムの製造は、複雑であ
り、そのため製品は高価なものとなっていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
そこで、この発明は、連続孔付き多重フィルムを簡単か
つ短時間に製造できるようにすることを目的としている
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
この発明は、熱可塑性樹脂フィルム同志あるいは、熱可
塑性樹脂フィルムとその他の材料を重ね合わせ、加熱し
た針を突き刺すことにより、貫通孔を形成し、同時に貫
通孔の熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを溶かして重ね合わせた材
料を接着している。
[作用〕 この発明は、加熱した針を突き指すことにより、穴開け
と多重フィルムの接着を同時にすることができるので、
連続孔付き多重フィルムを簡単かつ瞬時に製造すること
ができる。
〔実施例〕
この発明の一実施例を図面に基づき説明する。
第1図乃至第4図は、この発明に係る連続孔付き多重フ
ィルムの製造方法に使用する装置を示している。この装
置は、パーフォレーション装置といい、概略ドラム(1
)、ブラシロール(2)と2本の搬送ロール(3)から
構成されている。
ドラム(1)は、数本のニードルロール(4)を直列に
連結したものである。ニードルロール(4)は、外周に
多数の針状のセグメント(5)を放射状に、かつ着脱自
在に植設されている(第3図、第4図)。セグメント(
5)の形状、配列は自由に設定することができ、例えば
、連続孔を部分的に開けることができる。
また、ドラム(1)にはヒーターが内蔵されている。
ブラシロール(2)は、上下動自在に取り付けれ、ロー
ル表面にブラシ(図示せず)が植設されている。
パーフォレーション装置内における多重フィルム(6)
の流れは、第2図に示すように、熱可塑性フィルムを最
上層にしてフィルム材料を重ね合わせ、これを一方の搬
送ロール(3)下面に挿入し、次にドラム(1)とブラ
シロール(2)の間に通し、他方の搬送ロール(3)か
ら取り出すものである。
製造時には、ブラシロール(2)が上昇して、材料をド
ラム(1)に押しつける。そして、ドラム、(1)とブ
ラシロール(2)を回転させ、加熱されたセグメント(
4)によって、多数の連続孔(7)を形成する。同時に
溶けた′熱可塑性樹脂フィルムによって多重フィルム(
6)を接着するものである。尚、搬送方向は、2個の搬
送ロール(2)のいずれの側から行ってもよい。多重フ
ィルム(6)は、連続孔(7)すべてによって接着され
ているので、引張強度が極めて大きい。
多重フィルム(5)は、2重層であっても、それ以上で
あってもよい。第6図は2重層を、第7図は3重層を示
している。
また、使用する材料は、最上層に熱可塑性樹脂を使用す
る以外、各層に様々な材料を自由に組み合わせることが
できる。その材料としては、例えば、不織布、紙、合成
紙、合成樹脂フィルム(プリントプラスチックフィルム
、アルミ蒸着フィルムを含む)である。
この製造方法によって製造した多重フィルム(6)のう
ち、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムと不織布、吸収紙あるいは吸
収合成紙を接着したものは、液体吸収マット、保鮮材と
して使用される。液体吸収マット(8)は、魚介類、畜
肉等の食品(9)の包装パンクに使用し、血液やドリッ
プを不織布(10)等に吸収し、吸収により変色した不
織布等(10)を、合成樹脂フィルムによって隠蔽する
ことができる(第8図)。また、保鮮材は、野菜や果物
の包装に使用し、水分を保持することができる。
尚、パーフォレーション装置は、複数枚のフィルムの接
着と穴開を行うものであるが、既に接着された多重フィ
ルムに穴開けを行うこともできる ”。例えば、このよ
うなフィルムを使って製造された液体吸収マットは、各
層が剥離しにくく一体性に優れている。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明は、加熱した針を突き刺すことにより、穴開け
と多重フィルムの接着を同時にすることができるので、
連続孔付き多重フィルムを簡単かつ瞬時に製造すること
ができる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1、熱可塑性樹脂フィルム同志あるいは、熱可塑性樹脂
    フィルムとその他の材料を重ね合わせ、加熱した針を突
    き刺すことにより、貫通孔を形成し、同時に貫通孔の熱
    可塑性樹脂フィルムを溶かして重ね合わせた材料を接着
    することを特徴とする連続孔付き多重フィルムの製造方
    法。
