送ロール(3)下面に挿入し、次にドラム(1)とブラ
シロール(2)の間に通し、他方の搬送ロール(3)か
ら取り出すものである。
の流れは、第2図に示すように、熱可塑性フィルムを最
上層にしてフィルム材料を重ね合わせ、これを一方の搬
送ロール(3)下面に挿入し、次にドラム(1)とブラ
シロール(2)の間に通し、他方の搬送ロール(3)か

製造時には、ブラシロール(2)が上昇して、材料をド
ラム(1)に押しつける。そして、ドラム、(1)とブ
ラシロール(2)を回転させ、加熱されたセグメント(
4)によって、多数の連続孔(7)を形成する。同時に
溶けた′熱可塑性樹脂フィルムによって多重フィルム(
6)を接着するものである。尚、搬送方向は、2個の搬
送ロール(2)のいずれの側から行ってもよい。多重フ
ィルム(6)は、連続孔(7)すべてによって接着され
ているので、引張強度が極めて大きい。

あってもよい。第6図は2重層を、第7図は3重層を示
している。

また、使用する材料は、最上層に熱可塑性樹脂を使用す
る以外、各層に様々な材料を自由に組み合わせることが
できる。その材料としては、例えば、不織布、紙、合成

この製造方法によって製造した多重フィルム(6)のう
ち、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムと不織布、吸収紙あるいは吸
収合成紙を接着したものは、液体吸収マット、保鮮材と
して使用される。液体吸収マット(8)は、魚介類、畜
肉等の食品(9)の包装パンクに使用し、血液やドリッ
プを不織布(10)等に吸収し、吸収により変色した不
織布等(10)を、合成樹脂フィルムによって隠蔽する
ことができる(第8図)。また、保鮮材は、野菜や果物
の包装に使用し、水分を保持することができる。

着と穴開を行うものであるが、既に接着された多重フィ
ルムに穴開けを行うこともできる ”。例えば、このよ

層が剥離しにくく一体性に優れている。

この発明は、加熱した針を突き刺すことにより、穴開け
と多重フィルムの接着を同時にすることができるので、
連続孔付き多重フィルムを簡単かつ瞬時に製造すること
ができる。

Claims (1)
- 1、熱可塑性樹脂フィルム同志あるいは、熱可塑性樹脂
フィルムとその他の材料を重ね合わせ、加熱した針を突
き刺すことにより、貫通孔を形成し、同時に貫通孔の熱
可塑性樹脂フィルムを溶かして重ね合わせた材料を接着
することを特徴とする連続孔付き多重フィルムの製造方
法。
