クランプした場合のワーククランプ装置の部分縦
断面正面図、第３図は第１図におけるＡ―Ａ矢視
拡大断面図、第４図は第２図におけるＢ―Ｂ矢視
拡大断面図である。 １はワーククランプ装置、４は引込棒、８，８
′はワーク、１３，１３′は張り駒、１４はホル
ダ部（ホルダ）、１５はテーパ軸、２７は押圧軸
（回動止め機構）、３１は止めねじ（回動止め機
構）、３３は逃げ面、３４は押圧面である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 全体として略円筒形の一部を構成するように配
    置され、各内面の包絡面がテーパ面を形成した、
    複数で１組となる張り駒を、それぞれ回転軸の半
    径方向に摺動自在となるようにホルダに支持する
    とともに、この張り駒の内周にテーパ軸を圧入し
    て外径を拡張させることにより、この張り駒に内
    周を嵌め込んだワークをクランプするワーククラ
    ンプ装置において、 外径が異なる複数組の張り駒をそれぞれ互い違
    いに配置してホルダに支持し、テーパ軸の外周に
    おけるいずれか１組の張り駒の各内周に当接する
    押圧面以外の面にこのテーパ軸のテーパ面よりも
    軸心からの距離が短くなる逃げ面を形成し、かつ
    、このテーパ軸を張り駒に対して回動可能に取り
    付けるとともに、このテーパ軸の押圧面が各組の
    張り駒の内周に対応する所定角度でそれぞれ固定
    することができる回動止め機構を設けたことを特
    徴とするワーククランプ装置。
