補強材を予め混入する場合、第４図は補強材を集
成時に混在させる場合を示す。 １……集成木材、２，２Ａ……要素部材、３，
３１，３２……接着剤層、４……接着剤、５……
補強材、６……単板、２１……上面、２２……垂
直接合面、５１……長い繊維状補強材、５２……
短い繊維状補強材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の要素部材を接着剤によつて接着し、
    所定寸法の集成木材としたものにおいて、接着剤
    中には繊維状の補強材が混入してあることを特徴
    とする複合型集成木材。 (2) 接着剤中には短繊維の補強材を予め方向性
    なしに混入してあることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の複合型集成木材。 (3) 補強材は長繊維の補強材を要素部材の面上
    に方向性をもたせて配列し、接着剤を適用して混
    在させたものであることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の複合型集
    成木材。 (4) 繊維材入りの接着剤による接着は要素部材
    のうち、応力の大きなものの面の間において行う
    ものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項、第２項または第３項記載の複合型集
    成木材。
