の立上り及び立下りに夫々同期した１対のパルス
列を発生するパルス発生手段と、前記１対のパル
ス列の各々を前記１対の方形波の他方によりゲー
トする１対のゲート手段とを有し、前記１対のゲ
ート手段によりゲートされた各パルス列を方向別
パルス列として計数するようにしたことを特徴と
