る第２の単安定マルチバイブレータとを備え、且
つ前記第１のマルチバイブレータは同期分離後の
複合同期信号にてトリガ―駆動され、前記第２の
マルチバイブレータは前記第１のマルチバイブレ
ータの出力にてトリガー駆動され、さらに前記第
１のマルチバイブレータは前記第２のマルチバイ
ブレータ出力にて所定期間トリガー駆動が禁止さ
れるように互いの入出力回路が結合されたことを
