上でとつた第１図に示す電熱作動装置用の加熱器
組立体の側断面図、第５図は加熱中の電熱作動装
置用の作動媒体の熱的現象の図表、第６図はＰＴ
Ｃ材料の薄片の横断面図、第７図は第６図に示す
薄片についての温度勾配の図表、第８図は種々の
面積と厚さについての円盤状ＰＴＣ加熱器の種々
の組合せをもつ電熱作動装置の応答時間を示す図

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 増大した作動時間を有する電熱作動装置におい
    て、ボイラー包囲体と共に作動装置主体を形成す
    る端キヤツプと、作動装置主体内で前記ボイラー
    包囲体を前記端キヤツプから分離するエラストマ
    ーの隔膜を備え、前記隔膜はボイラー包囲体内の
    圧力変化を力に変えるために用いられるものであ
    り、また端キヤツプ内の隔膜に対して作動ピスト
    ンを偏倚させる戻しばねに応答して隔膜から非作
    動位置へ加わる前記力に応答して作動ピストンか
    ら往復動するピストン素子と、前記ボイラー包囲
    体内の膨張可能の媒体のプール内に浸された加熱
    器組立体を備え、前記加熱器組立体は電流を通過
    させたとき膨張可能の媒体に熱エネルギーを与え
    るために用いられるものであり、前記膨張可能の
    媒体は加熱器組立体からの熱エネルギーに応答し
    て隔膜に増大した圧力を与えこれにより前記力を
    生ぜしめるものであり、前記加熱器組立体は前記
    膨張可能の媒体に熱エネルギーを与えるため細長
    い環状外形の正温度係数の加熱器装置を含み、前
    記加熱器装置は比較的薄い壁と比較的小さな蓄熱
    容量をもち、電流を遮断したとき前記加熱器装置
    が比較的急速に冷えるよう構成したことを特徴と
    する電熱作動装置。
