縁チユーブ、１１……絶縁樹脂、１２……板バネ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 正特性サーミスタと、この正特性サーミス
    タを包むように電気的に絶縁して設けられ前記正
    特性サーミスタの発熱、冷却に追従して膨張、収
    縮する板バネとを備えることを特徴とする正特性
    サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記正特性サーミスタは筒状素体の内周面
    及び外周面に電極を形成してなり、前記板バネは
    前記外周電極の上に電気的に絶縁して渦巻状に巻
    付けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (3) 前記板バネは一端側を自由端とし他端側を
    固定端としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (4) 前記板バネは金属板でなることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項または
    第３項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (5) 前記板バネはバイメタルでなることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項に記載の正
    特性サーミスタ装置。
