Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は複層建具におけるガラス板とパツキン
との固着方法に関する。

せ、上からプレスで加熱加圧して接着剤を硬化さ
せていたが、加圧するため互いに位置ずれを起す
ことがあつた。

本発明は叙上の従来例の欠点に鑑みてなされた
ものであり、その目的とするところは無圧でガラ
ス板とパツキンとを貼合せることができ、位置ず
れの生じない複層建具におけるガラス板とパツキ
ンとの固着方法を提供するにある。

以下、本発明を添付図により詳述する。1はガ
ラス板であり、ガラス板1の内面周囲には溶融性
合成樹脂層2を形成してある。溶融性合成樹脂層
2は溶融性合成樹脂フイルムを貼つたものでもよ
く、コーテイングしたものでもよい。又、環状の
ブチルゴムのパツキン3の両面に溶融性合成樹脂
層4を形成してある。しかして、第1図及び第2
図のように、ガラス板1の溶融性合成樹脂層2の
上に接着剤5を介してパツキン3下面の溶融性合
成樹脂層4を重ね、パツキン3上面の溶融性合成
樹脂層4の上に接着剤5を介してもう一枚のガラ
ス板1の溶融性合成樹脂層2を重ね、このように
して複層建具の形状にセツトされて、接着剤5の
接着力で所定形状に仮保持されたままで第3図の
ようにコンベア7上を搬送されてゆく。この後、
レーザー発生装置8によりパツキン3部分にガラ
ス板1の上からレーザー光6を照射し、第4図の
ようにパツキン3部分に沿つてレーザー光6を走
査させて溶融性合成樹脂層2,4を発熱溶融さ
せ、互いに溶着させてガラス板1とパツキン3と
を一体に固着させるのである。レーザー光は下か
らもあててもよく、複層建具を反転させてもよ
い。この結果、ガラス板1とパツキン3とは無圧
でぴつたりと接着され、ガラス板1間に気体封入
用の間隙が形成される。又、レーザー光の代わり
に高周波誘電加熱により溶融性合成樹脂層を溶着
させてもよい。

本発明は叙上の如くガラス板とパツキンとに
夫々形成され、重ね合された溶融性合成樹脂層を
互いに溶着させているので、ガラス板とパツキン
とを無圧で固着させることができ、位置精度よく
強固に固着させることができる利点があり、しか
も接着剤で仮止めされているので作業中にずれ動
くことがないものである。

Claims (1)
- 1 ガラス板の内面に溶融性合成樹脂層を形成
し、パツキンの表面にも溶融性合成樹脂層を形成
し、仮止め用の接着剤を介してガラス板とパツキ
ンの夫々の溶融性合成樹脂層を貼合せ、両溶融性
合成樹脂層を互いに溶着させることを特徴とする
複層建具におけるガラス板とパツキンとの固着方
法。
