Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、プラスチック積層シートの接合方法の改良に
関ザる。
たとえば、延伸ナイ[、Jン/ポリ塩化ビニリデン/ポ
リエチレンの構成をもつ積層シートから包装袋にりる筒
状体を製造りる場合に、従来から行なわれているブ)法
は、積層シートの端面を付き合わせ、(Jさ合わU部分
にテープをヒートシールものである。 この方法による
と、シール面どういよ完全に融6していて61積層シー
トの端面しよ露出しているため、層間剥離が生じ(破袋
の原因となる。
このような問題は、加工食品、とくに油性液状の物質を
充填づる包装袋において深刻である。
それは、多くの場合、包装後にしl〜シルト理があり、
そこでL記の層間剥離が起きやすいからである。
本jU 1113の[1的iよ、一般に層間剥離の生じ
なlI蔦偵層シー1−の接合方法を提供することにあり
、具体的には、包装袋としC油性液状物質を充填後、1
00℃x60分間のボイルに耐えるものを提供づること
にある。
この目的を達成した本発明の積層シー1〜の接合方法は
、少なくとも一方の面にヒートシール可能な層を有−り
るプラスデック積層シートを接合する方法であって、2
枚の積層シートの端を少し重ね、とー1へシール層に対
して、やはリヒートシール層を有するプラスチックフィ
ルムのテープを重ね、加熱とどもに加圧りることによっ
てヒートシール層の材料を押し出して、重なり合った積
層シートの端面をこの押し出されICヒートシール層の
材料で被覆することを特徴とする。
代表的な例について図面を参照して説明1れば、延伸ナ
イロン1A、ポリ塩化ビニリデン1Bおよびポリエチレ
ン1Cからなる積層シート1を、第1図に示づように筒
状に形成し、延伸ナイロン2Aをポリエチレン2Cでは
さんだ接合用テープ2を裏に当てる。 積層シート1の
端は、第2図に断面を承りように、テープ2の幅にり狭
い範囲で、重ね合わせる。 言いかえれば、重ね合わせ
幅より広い適宜の幅をもった接合用テープを当てる。
加熱加圧により、積層シーt− iのポリ1チレンFi
1Cおよび接合1+トj゛−ブ2のポリエチレン層2C
とが溶融し、即し出されて、積層シー1−1の端の小ね
合わけと接合用j−ブとの間の空間を埋め、さらに、外
側になった積層シート1の端面を被覆覆るに至る。 こ
のにうにしで、積層シートの端面が−4べ(ポリエチレ
ンで被覆された接合製品10が冑られる。 端面が保護
されることにJ5す、上記した例でいえば、とくに接着
力が弱かった延伸ティ1−1ン1Aとポリ塩化ビニリデ
ン1Bとの間の層W31剥離がVJ止できる。 本発明
の接合方法は、上記した代表例のしよかにも、さまざま
な構成の積層シー1−の接合に利用できる。 使用り゛
る材料J3よび加熱加圧の条イ′1は、必要により多少
の実験を行なうことにより、最適のものを容易に見出せ
るであろう。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1) 少なくとも一方の面にピー1−シール可能41
    層を有するプラスチック積層シートを接合する方法であ
    って、2枚の積層シートの端を少し小ね、ヒートシール
    層に対し−(、やはリヒートシール層をイjりるプラス
    チックフィルムのi−プを小ね、加熱とと6に加圧する
    ことによっでヒートシール層の月利を押し出し−C1市
    なり合った積層シートの端面をこの押し出されたピー1
    −シール層の材料で被覆′りることを特徴どりる積層シ
    ー1〜の接合方法。
  2. (2) ヒーi・シール層の材料どしてポリ1チレンを
    使用づる特許請求の範1)j)第1jlの接合方法。
  3. (3) 積層シートが、延伸ナイロン/ポリ塩化ビニリ
    デン/′ポリ土チレンの層構成を有するものである特許
    請求の範囲第2項の接合り法。
