Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は複層建具におけるガラス板とパツキンとの固着
方法に関する。
従来はガラス板とパツキンとを接着剤で貼合せ、上から
プレスで加熱加圧して接着剤を硬化させていたが、加圧
するため互いに位置ずれを起すことがあった。
本発明は叙上の従来例の欠点に鑑みてなされたものであ
シ、その目的とするところは無圧でガラス板とパツキン
とを貼合せることができ、位置ずれの生じない複層建具
におけるガラス板とパツキンとの固着方法を提供するに
ある。
以下、本発明を添付図によシ詳述する。(1)はガラス
板であり、ガラス板i1の内面周囲には溶融性合成樹脂
層(2)を形成しである。溶融性合成樹脂層(2)は溶
融性合成樹脂フィルムを貼ったものでもよく、コーテイ
シクしたものでもよい。又、環状のづチルコムのパツキ
ン(3)の両面に溶融性合成樹脂層(4)を形成しであ
る。しかして、第1図及び第2図のように、ガラス板(
1)の溶融性合成樹脂層(2)の上に接着剤fi+を介
してバラ士:/ f31下面の溶融性合成樹脂層(4)
を重ね、パツキン(3)上面の溶融性合成樹脂層(4)
の上に接着剤(5)を介してもう一枚のガラス板(1)
の溶融性合成樹脂層(2)を重ね、このようにして複層
建具の形状にセットされて、接着剤(5)の接着力で所
定形状に仮保持されたままで第3図のようにコンベア(
7)上を搬送されてゆく。この後、レーザー発生装置(
8)Kよシパッ士ン(3)部分にガラス板fl+の上か
らレーザー光(6)を照射し、第4図のようにパラ士ン
(3)部分に沿ってレーザー光(6)を走査させて溶融
性合成樹脂層f2+ [41を発熱溶融させ、とバラ士
ン(3)とけ無圧でぴったりと接着され、ガラス板f1
間に気体封入用の間隙が形成される。又、レーザー光の
代わりに高周波誘電加熱により溶融性合成樹脂層を溶着
させてもよい。
本発明は叙述の如くカラス板とパッ+ンとに夫々形成さ
れ、重ね合された溶融性合成樹脂層を互いに溶着させて
いるので、ガラス板とバッ+ン剤で仮止めされているの
で作業中にずれ動くことがないものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)  ガラス板の内面に溶融性合成樹脂層を形成し
    、パツキンの表面にも溶融性合成樹脂層を形成し、仮止
    め用の接着剤を介してガラス板とパツキンの夫々の溶融
    性合成樹脂層を貼合せ、両溶融性合成樹脂層を互いに溶
    着させることを特徴とする複層建具におけるガラス板と
    パツキンとの固着方法。
