Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 支持体と当該支持体に取付けられた光検出器
    とから成り、前記光検出器に光導波体が光学的に
    結合されている光電結合装置において、支持体1
    0に少なくとも1つの溝状の凹部40を設け、前
    記支持体10の一方の端面11に、溝状の前記凹
    部40を橋絡する少なくとも1つの光検出器20
    を固定し、前記凹部40に少なくとも1本の光導
    波体30を、当該光導波体30の端面31から放
    出された光の主要部分が前記光検出器20の受光
    領域に入射するように固定し、前記支持体10の
    端面11に導電接触接続部12を設け、前記光検
    出器20に、端面11に平行で前記光導波体30
    に垂直に配設された接触接続部を設け、前記光検
    出器20の端子をボンデイングされた金線21と
    して構成してなる光電結合装置。 2 少なくとも1本の光導波体30をオプチツク
    フアイバとして構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第1項記載の光電結合装置。 3 少なくとも1つの光検出器20を半導体素子
    として構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
    載の光電結合装置。 4 端面11を、少なくとも凹部40の領域にお

    成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の光電
    形合装置。 5 支持体10の少なくとも1つの端面11に、
    少なくとも1つの導電路13を取付け、前記導電
    路13を電気的に光検出器20と接続した実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の光電結合装置。 6 凹部40の幅41は、光導波体30の直径よ
    りも余り大きくない実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
    項記載の光電結合装置。 7 少なくとも1つの凹部40に少なくとも2本
    の光導波体30を設け、少なくとも2つの光検出
    器を結合して1つの光検出器列5にした実用新案
