Claims (1)
- 光素子をアレイ状に複数個配列・設置したサブ
マウントと、前記光素子を制御する電気回路と、
前記光素子と略光軸を一致させて対向配置した光
フアイバアレイが同一パツケージ内に収納された
並列伝送光モジユールにおいて、前記パツケージ
内に設けられたサブマウントの側面に前記光素子
、上面に前記電気回路を配置せしめ、前記光素子
の電極と電気回路の電極間を、前記サブマウント
上面と前記サブマウント側面に連続して形成した
電極で電気的に接続し、かつ前記光フアイバを、
金属被覆で保護し前記光素子と対向させて前記パ
ツケージに固定したことを特徴とする並列伝送光
モジユール。
