- 光フアイバと発光または受光素子とのフアイバ
ー結合を有する光半導体を形成するためのフアイ
バー結合装置において、該発光または受光素子は
保持治具により保持された副基板に載置され、該
副基板には電極部が設置され、該保持治具には該
副基板から光電流をとり出しあるいは駆動電流を
供給する該電極部に接触可能な電気的触針装置が
備えられたことを特徴とするフアイバー結合装置
。
