Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光フアイバと、前記光フアイバの端部を固定す
る端末部材と、前記端末部材を保持する保持部材
と、光受光素子と、前記発受光素子を前記光フア
イバに光結合するレンズを有し、高出力レーザの
光ビームで端末部材を格納部材に溶融固定する光
半導体モジユールにおいて、 前記保持部材と前記格納部材の間に前記光フア
イバの光軸に垂直な面に対して傾斜した斜面を有
する座金を介在せしめ、且つ前記座金と接する前
記保持部材の基底部に前記斜面と同じ傾斜をもつ
斜面を設けたことを特徴とする光半導体モジユー
ル。
