Claims (1)
- 光半導体素子と、レンズと、該レンズを収容す
るパイプと、行フアイバと、該光フアイバを保持
する端末部材を具備し、前記パイプに前記端末部
材を収容して形成する光半導体モジユールにおい
て、前記パイプの側面に中心軸に垂直方向に貫通
穴を設け、貫通穴において前記パイプと前記端末
部材を溶接したことを特徴とする光半導体モジユ
ール。
