Claims (1)
- 半導体発光素子又は半導体受光素子と、光フア
イバと、前記光フアイバの端部に取付けられたフ
エルールと、前記フエルールと前記半導体発光素
子又は前記半導体受光素子との位置を固定するた
めの金属筒とから成る発光・受光モジユールにお
いて、前記金属筒と前記フエルールーを２つの面
内でレーザ溶接したことを特徴とする光通信用発
光・受光モジユール。
