レーム、４…光透過性樹脂層、７…フエルール挿
入穴、８…レンズ部、９…光不透過性被膜、１０
…逆止爪、１１…雄ねじ付円筒部、１２…バイヨ
ネツト式結合手段。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リードフレーム上に受光素子を含む光受信
ＩＣを実装し、その周囲を光透過性の樹脂で被覆
した光受信モジユールにおいて、上記光透過性樹
脂層の受光部に、軸心が受光素子の光軸と一致す
るフエルール挿入穴と、その穴の奥所端に位置す
る集光レンズ部とを設け、この樹脂層に、上記フ
エルール挿入穴への嵌挿フエルールを含む光フア
イバ側のコネクタを直接結合させるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする光受信モジユール。 (2) 上記樹脂層の受光部を除く表面に光不透過
性の被膜層を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の光受信モジユール。
