- 光半導体素子が内蔵されたパツケージと光フア
イバを光学的に結合させる光モジユールにおいて
、前記パツケージが少なくとも１箇所の段差部を
有する一対の円筒形サポートの一方側に固定され
、このサポートの段差部が他方のサポートの段差
部に突き合わされてなることを特徴とする光モジ
ユール。
