Claims (1)
- 光フアイバを具備した半導体レーザモジユール
の光フアイバ端末部材の固定部において、前記光
フアイバ端末部材を、外周に鍔状をなすフランジ
部を有する円筒部材の内孔に収納し、該円筒部材
の円筒部と前記光フアイバ端末部材、および前記
円筒部材のフランジ部と半導体レーザモジユール
のパツケージとを、それぞれ溶接により固定して
なることを特徴とする半導体レーザモジユール。
