  1. ステムに光半導体素子を搭載し、キヤツプで気
    密封止した光半導体素子パツケージと、この光半
    導体素子パツケージを保持するホルダとを備えた
    光半導体モジユールにおいて、前記ステムの外周
    部にリングを固定し、このリングと前記ホルダを
    溶接固定したことを特徴とする光半導体モジユー
    ル。
