前記柱部分の上面が固定される第２の部材とを備
える半導体光学能動素子用パツケージ。 ２ 更に、円筒形キヤツプであつて、その内面が
前記第１の部材の円柱部に外接し、かつその端部
が前記第２の部材のフランジ部に当接し、前記第
１及び第２の部材をキヤツプするキヤツプ部材と
を備える請求項１記載の半導体光学能動素子用パ
ツケージ。
