Claims (1)
- 直径Ｄ１、厚さＨのステムを有し光半導体素子
を気密封止した光半導体素子パツケージと、光フ
アイバ及びレンズを固定したケースと、前記パツ
ケージのステムが挿入され前記ケースに固定する
ための円筒ホルダとを有し、前記ステム外周部と
前記ホルダの隅肉部及び前記ホルダと前記ケース
の隅肉部がＹＡＧレーザ溶接され、前記ホルダの
前記ケースとの摺動面の外径φＤ２が前記ステム
の外径φＤ１に等しいことを特徴とする光半導体
モジユール。
