第1図は本考案の実施例に係るボールねじを示
す斜視図、第2図はねじ軸を省略した第1図の縦
断面図、第3図はボールの無限循環路(第2図の
―)に沿つて切断した横断面図、第4図は第
3図の一部を拡大して示す部分断面図、第5図は
―線断面図、第6図はデフレクターの斜視図
、第7図は本考案の他の実施例に係るボールねじ
を示す第2図と同様の断面図、第8図及び第9図
はそれぞれ従来のボールねじにおけるデフレクタ
ーの取付け状態を示すナツトの斜視図及び縦断面
図である。 符号の説明、1…ねじ軸、1a…ねじ軸の転走
溝、2…ナツト、2a…ナツトの転走溝、3…デ
フレクター、3a…ボール戻し溝、4…軸方向固
定手段、4a…シール部材、5…ボール、6…嵌
合溝、7…取付け用段部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外周にボールが転走する螺旋状の転走溝を
    有するねじ軸と、内周に上記ねじ軸の転走溝に対
    応してボールが転走する螺旋状の転走溝を有する
    ナツトと、上記ナツトに取付けられ、このナツト
    内部において上記ねじ軸及びナツトの転走溝間を
    転走するボールを再びもとの転走溝間に戻すボー
    ル戻し溝を有してボールの無限循環路を形成する
    デフレクターとからなるボールねじにおいて、上
    記ナツトにはその内周面軸方向に沿つて少なくと
    もナツトの一端開口側に開口すると共に底面側が
    広く開放側が狭く形成された嵌合溝を形成し、こ
    の嵌合溝内には嵌合溝の形状に対応する形状に形
    成され、かつ、形成すべき無限循環路の数に対応
    した数のボール戻し溝を内面側に有するデフレク
    ターを嵌挿し、このデフレクターをナツトの開口
    縁部に取付けられる軸方向固定手段で固定したこ
    とを特徴とするボールねじ。 (2) 軸方向固定手段がナツトの両端開口縁部に
    取付けられたシール部材の一方又は双方である実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のボールねじ。 (3) 軸方向固定手段がナツトの一端又は両端開
    口縁部に取付けられた押えリング板材である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のボールねじ。 (4) デフレクターが合成樹脂製である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに
    記載のボールねじ。 (5) 嵌合溝はその両端がナツトの両端開口側に
    開口すると共に、この嵌合溝内に嵌挿されたデフ
    レクターの両端がナツトの両端開口縁部に取付け
    られた軸方向固定手段に固定されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第1項記載のボールねじ。
