Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント基板にＩＣチツプがマウントされたＩ
    Ｃモジユールがカード本体にその一面が全面的に
    露出するように嵌め込まれ、前記ＩＣモジユール
    の露出層は導電層であり、この導電層は線状の導
    電層欠落部により複数の外部接続端子を構成する
    ように区画されてなるＩＣカードにおいて、前記
    区画線が少くともＩＣチツプ及びＩＣチツプとプ
    リント基板との電気的接続のためのワイヤーボン
    デイング部に対応する部分について非直線状であ
    ることを特徴とするＩＣカード。
