セラミツクヒータを示す概略斜視図、第４図ａ，
ｂは第３図におけるａ―ａ、ｂ―ｂ線断
面図、第５図はその要部とするセラミツクヒータ
の温度特性を示す特性図、第６図は本考案に係る
二極二線式のグロープラグを用いてなる制御系の
電気回路図、第７図および第８図ａ，ｂは本考案

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端を外部に突出させた状態で中空状ホル
    ダの先端部に保持される棒状セラミツクヒータを
    備え、このセラミツクヒータは、Ｕ字状発熱部お
    よびその両端から後方に平行して延設される一対
    のリード部を導電性セラミツク材により一体に形
    成することで構成され、かつこれら両リード部外
    側面が絶縁層を介して前記ホルダ先端部に接合保
    持されるとともに、各リード部後端部がそれぞれ
    金属導線を介して前記ホルダ後端部に絶縁状態で
    保持された第１および第２の外部接続端子に接続
    されていることを特徴とするデイーゼルエンジン
    用ブロープラグ。 (2) セラミツクヒータを構成するＵ字状発熱部
    を、リード部よりも肉厚が薄くなるように形成し
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のデイーゼルエンジン用グロープラグ。 (3) セラミツクヒータを構成する両リード部外
    側面に、絶縁層として絶縁コーテイング層を形成
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のデイーゼルエンジン用グロープラグ。 (4) セラミツクヒータは、一対のリード部間で
    少なくともホルダ先端部に対応する部分に一体的
    に介装されることで燃焼圧をシールする絶縁シー
    トを有していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のデイーゼルエンジン用グロ
    ープラグ。 (5) セラミツクヒータは、βサイアロンまたは
    αとβとの混相しているサイアロンに窒化チタン
    の添加量を調整することで絶縁性、導電性を選択
    し得るセラミツク材によつて一体的に形成されて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のデイーゼルエンジン用グロープラグ。
