Claims (1)
- 蒸着試料をそれぞれ収納する複数のるつぼと、
各るつぼを所定の加熱位置に順次移動させる機構
と、上記加熱位置にあるるつぼ内の蒸着試料に電
子ビームを当てて加熱する電子銃と、上記加熱を
行うるつぼとは別のるつぼにおいて蒸着試料の予
備加熱を行う予備加熱手段とを有する蒸発源本体
を備えることを特徴とする電子ビーム蒸発源。
