Claims (1)
- 蒸着材料を真空雰囲中で加熱することにより、
その材料を蒸発させて試料表面に蒸着膜を形成す
る装置における、上記蒸着材料を収容するるつぼ
であつて、絶縁物により形成された本体と、その
本体の外側表面に接合形成された導電体とからな
り、この導電体に電流を流すことによつて発生す
るジユール熱により上記本体を加熱するよう構成
したことを特徴とする、蒸着装置用るつぼ。
