Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱伝導性受熱板と、この受熱板の表面に被
着される高吸収率材料によるコーテイング層と、
裏面に被着される電気絶縁層と、この電気絶縁層
に添着されるヒータ薄膜と、少なくとも前記ヒー
タ薄膜部に覆設される断熱材層と、前記熱伝導性
受熱板に熱伝導的に付設される熱電対を具備した
熱量計。 (2) 前記熱伝導性受熱板は、アルミニウム製の
ものであつて、これに電気絶縁層としてアルマイ
トなどの酸化被膜を設けるようにしたことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項記載の熱量計
。 (3) 前記ヒータ薄膜は、熱伝導性受熱板に対し
タングステン蒸着により形成されることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
記載の熱量計。
